Notion Stream Deck Profile

v5 — 2026-09-05 An icon pass. No shortcut changed. Nine keys wore a glyph matched to their name rather than to what Notion does with them: Find in Page was an article, Table of Contents a generic list sitting beside three other list icons, Callout an info circle, Divider a bare minus, Embed a plain frame, AI Summarize a sticky note, and the two toggle-block keys were bare carets you could not tell apart. All nine are now drawn for the block they insert — the toggle triangle with its line, the numbered outline, the emoji callout box, the rule between two paragraphs, the frame inside a page, a long block collapsing into a short one. Move Up and Move Down finally match each other too. Re-install the .streamDeckProfile to pick them up.

v4 — 2026-08-08 A polish pass rather than a feature sync: Notion's recent releases went into agents and the developer platform, which add no keyboard shortcuts. Adds Cmd+Enter to modify the current block, and relabels Cmd+Option+T: it was called 'Toggle Block' but expands or collapses every toggle on the page. Every key now carries its own glyph. Eight had none and were auto-matched, which put ten pairs of unrelated actions on the same icon — Search and Find, Copy URL and Add Link, and worst of all four keys sharing the colour glyph. Two keys were also both labelled 'Code Block'; they are now Code Block and Insert Code Block. Duplicate and Fill Down both sent Cmd+D, which does either job depending on where the cursor is. They are one key again.

v3 — 2026-07-13 Notion 3.0 'Agents' era sync. Adds an AI category and refreshes the slash menu. New — AI: • Notion AI (Cmd+Shift+J) — the global AI chat / Ask Notion shortcut • /meet — AI Meeting Notes (transcribe + auto-summary) • /summarize — AI page summary block • /ai — custom AI prompt block Also: renamed the /template block to /button (Notion renamed 'Template Button' to 'Button'), added a native Open Docs button and Smart Profile auto-switch. 68 shortcuts across 8 categories. All classic-editor shortcuts and slash commands preserved. Existing customers: re-install the .streamDeckProfile to pick up the AI buttons — earlier assignments are preserved.

v2.0 — refreshed with the v2 profile engine. What's new: • Larger, more legible labels (1.2× text scale across all 63 shortcuts and slash commands) • Plain variant: category headers (Blocks, Edit, Navigation, Select, Slash, View) now render with full-color backgrounds matching their group accent — easier to scan at a glance • Folder navigation: every category button reliably opens its own page (previous build had a one-slot offset) All 63 Notion shortcuts and slash commands preserved. Existing v1 customers: re-install the .streamDeckProfile files to pick up the engine fixes.
