A plugin is software: its keys talk to a service and display what comes back on the key face itself. Twitch Studio Creator is a plugin, so its keys show live values rather than sending keystrokes — which is why it works whether or not the app it reports on is even open.
How do I install the Twitch Studio Creator plugin?
Buy it on the Elgato Marketplace and open the downloaded file; the Elgato Stream Deck software installs it and its actions appear in the actions list on the right, under Twitch Studio Creator. Drag an action onto a key and fill in its settings. No separate installer and nothing to configure outside the Stream Deck app.
